We are absolutely thrilled to have been awarded the Services Award at the North East Business Awards last week!

The awards were held at Ramside Hall, and attended by all finalists in the Sunderland, South Tyneside, and Durham heat. Charlie Charlton, breakfast presenter at BBC Newcastle, opened the night and welcomed the hilarious Jason Cook on stage later on in the night for a brilliant bit of stand up. I think we were all in agreement that the event was thoroughly enjoyable.

As one of three finalists we were up against some excellent businesses, Vic Young of South Shields and, Stanley Travel. Both businesses are very well established and have excellent reputations in the North East. We’d like to thank Derwentside Homes, for sponsoring the award, and in fact all sponsors for making the awards possible.

The award comes at an exciting time for Maxim, having recently just launched our brand new website and investing in the development of our Customer Portal, we hope to bring an even better offering for our customers. Reflecting on our award, we feel our success is down to our focused determination in delivering excellence to each and every one of our clients.

Graham Conway, Managing Director had this to say, “These are very exciting times for Maxim Facilities Management. We are experiencing a period of rapid growth achieved on the back of 97% of our customers rating us as good or excellent. This was topped off last night with the wonderful achievement of winning the ‘The Service Award’ at the North East Business Awards last night at the Ramside Hall Hotel. We look forward to continuing to roll out our service offering across the UK.”

Finally, we’d like to thank each and every one of our amazing staff for making this happen and getting us to where we are today.
