Over the past years Maxim have gained extensive experience in the education cleaning sector. It was this experience and expertise that drove us to develop our specialist Education Cleaning Division. Our managers are experts in what they do. As part of our quality assurance program our managers will visit your site at least twice a week to ensure the operation is running smoothly. Further to this, your school or college will undergo a full quality audit every month at a minimum to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are being maintained at the highest levels.

Maxim Facilities Management has provided daily cleaning, periodic holiday cleaning, ground maintenance and supply of consumables for Newcastle High Schools for Girls for approximately seven years.
The quality of service we receive is very good and, when required, the on-site supervisor, contract manager or other senior head office staff are always available to discuss any matters. If any issues do arise, they are resolved quickly and with a minimum of fuss.
I have personally been involved with the cleaning contract for over five years and during that period we have renegotiated and renewed our contract twice rather than go to market – both times have been seamless. Also, we have recently merged with another school and Maxim FM have successfully organised the transfer of staff to create one team, again seamlessly.

Maxim FM has been operating within Valley Gardens Middle School for approximately five years now. They came at a difficult time, when cleaning staff were unhappy with each other; there was also a lot of sickness.
Along with the school Maxim have helped turn this situation around. We now have very little sickness, the staff have a good professional relationship and are indeed happy. Along with Maxim I met with the staff on a regular basis, we work with the staff to discuss any issues or requirements they may have. We are always open to the ideas the cleaning staff may have, making them feel a valued team member.
The school is immaculately clean; comments are always made from the general public and the school staff on how nice the school looks. A lot of this is down to Maxim and their staff. We as a school believe in team work and consider Maxim FM staff to be part of this structure.
