Maxim shortlisted in Portfolio Awards

We’re extremely excited to be shortlisted for the second year running in the Sunderland Echo Portfolio Awards. The prestigious awards, ran in conjunction with Make It Sunderland, sets out each year to find Wearside’s best in business.

Maxim have been shortlisted in two categories: Large Business of the Year and Employer of the Year. Both are very tough categories and we go up against some outstanding businesses, Calsonic  Kansei and The Bridges to name a few.

We’re delighted with the success of the launch of our Maxim STARs scheme this year and it’s great to see that its being recognised. The scheme gives employees the chance to be recognised for their hard work and receive a reward. Each month, contract managers will nominate their Maxim STARs – these nominees will receive a personal certificate signed by the MD and the Operations Director thanking them for their efforts, as well as a monetary bonus.

We look forward to welcoming the judges over the next couple of weeks and can’t wait for the final on October 13th. We wish all businesses who have been shortlisted the best of luck and we’re certain it will be an excellent event.
